Our mission is varied and represented by the production and marketing of quality and eco-sustainable products because we care about our territory and we want to enhance its typicality (history and traditions, artistic heritage, natural beauty, etc.); our goal was to create a sense of awareness about food choices in our community, supporting the local economy: our consumers, other producers and our collaborators are not seen as "customers", "competitors" and "labour" by us but rather as traveling companions who cooperate with the common intent to create a good quality of life in all its aspects for our community.
